Surya-Chandra Hair ornaments or Suryaprabha-Chandraprabha Can you imagine our Pellivadhuvu without sooryudu chandrudu?? Life on earth is sustained due to almighty of sun and peaceful cool moon. Telugu Wedding is a sophisticated affair and is made up of a variety of rituals and ceremonies that expand over several days. According to the custom the girl should always carry some betel leaves, betel nuts, a coconut, a sandalwood stick and a red pumpkin. Most of the Telugu brides carry a Tender-coconut, called Kobbari bondam. When the bride is dressed with the best jewellery, best saree and best of Pellipoolajada  , why should the coconut look bland?,... 2015-New beginning with Pellipoolajada

Every year, there should be some social/ voluntary activity is the one of the Objective of Pellipoolajada. We wanted to Start 2015 with making poolajadalu for Grandmothers of Old age homes....just wanted to see them happy in the last phase of their life. We consulted 5 old age homes in Hyderabad about our idea, but the management did not give us green signal... and we had only last 5 days of 2014 to decide what to do for New Year. With no option left, i asked Cognizant-Outreach team to suggest a school/Orphanage for adoring kids with poolajadalu. Shravan suggested me "Safe Charitable Foundation" of BN Reddy colony. There were around 40kids, 20 girls and 20 boys. When we saw the pictures of girls, most of them had haircut. So we dropped the idea of poolajadalu and focused on Flower jewellery. As most of them did not have traditional dresses, we estimated the cost of dress and flower jewellery for event, which came to 35K. To keep the program budget in limit, i requested
